Although we aim to give you the lowest possible price everyday to make quality jewellery more affordable to everyone, we do occasionally offer specials and clearances and we know how annoying it can be when you find what you have purchased at a cheaper price. That is why we have introduced our new price policy.

If you ever find the jewellery you purchased from us at a lower price on our website ever, let us know and we will refund you the difference.

If your earrings or necklace or wedding ring goes on special or is marked down or even if the last one is on clearance, it doesn’t matter, simply contact us and we will find your original purchase and refund you the difference between the price you bought it for and the price it is currently.
